(December 2018)
The following listing identifies
endorsements, forms, notices and disclosures by number and title available to
attach to the American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS) GL-200–Commercial
Liability Coverage (Broad Form Coverage). They appear in alphanumerical order.
The listing briefly describes each endorsement, form, notice or disclosure.
This section does not address any state-specific endorsements, forms, notices,
disclosures, changes or amendments. In addition, only the latest version or
edition of each form is included.
AAIS uses a specific alphanumeric format
to identify its forms. Two letters are followed by a space or a dash. This is
followed by either a three-or a four-digit number. The letters represent the
coverage or line of business to which the endorsement or form applies, such as
GL for Commercial Liability Coverage and CL for Commercial Lines. AAIS is
moving from the three-digit to the four-digit format.
The brief
narrative description or explanation given for each document is only a summary.
A thorough review of the entire endorsement, form, notice or disclosure is
necessary for a full understanding of how it modifies the AAIS Commercial
Liability Coverage.
